Pricing questions
What does Free include?
1 trip a year with up to 10 travelers, plus invites, payments, installment plans, refunds and the organizer portal. Always free; travelers never pay a subscription.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days of Pro, started from Subscription in the organizer portal. A card is required and nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you won’t be charged. One trial per organizer.
Is there an annual option?
Yes — $305.90/year, which works out to $25.49 a month, 15% off. Renews yearly until you cancel.
What happens to my trips if I cancel Pro?
Nothing. Trips already using Pro features keep them; cancelling only stops new trips from using Pro. Your account goes back to Free and you can reactivate any time from Subscription.
What if my Pro payment fails?
You get 7 days to update your card while Pro keeps working. After that, Pro pauses for new trips until the payment clears — your existing trips are never touched.
Do travelers pay anything extra?
No. Travelers pay the price you list; processing is included in it. They never pay a subscription.
